It has been a while since I last posted but after an eventful Christmas and New Year, as well as many craft projects I seem to have started! I have decided to learn how to knit - yes, that's right I have decided to pick up a second needle and have a new craft under my belt. I have been lucky that a colleague is an avid knitter so she has been there to lend a helping hand. For Christmas I was given a Knit One, Purl One Beginners kit where I can make a little rabbit so that's where I started......
After a good couple of weeks practise I now have the head, body and two arms completed and stuffed. Onto the legs and ears now.....

I found a great website based in the US with some useful tutorials and patterns http://www.craftsy.com/ but I will try not to run before I can walk so I am sticking with the knit one, purl one for now!
